Hi, I’m Lauren! I’m a Human Resources professional with over a decade of experience in the field, beginning my career in 2014. In 2024, I took the leap into HR consulting after Hurricane Helene profoundly impacted my community and made travel and traditional work arrangements challenging. Throughout my career, I’ve found the most fulfillment working alongside small businesses, startups, and nonprofits. I’m passionate about helping people thrive, supporting growing organizations, and embracing the entrepreneurial spirit.

I am based in the mountains of Western NC and currently support clients with employees across seven states.
